The role offers full-time (39 hours) and part-time (30 hours) contracts. A full UK driving licence is essential to drive the service vehicle and support people in the local community.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, autism, epilepsy, complex needs and mobility needs.
• Provide person-centred support to promote dignity, choice and independence.
• Assist with attending appointments, activities and community access using the service vehicle.
• Shifts include day and night on a rota basis.
