Job summary

Creative Support in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to help four residents live independent, fulfilling lives. You will provide practical and emotional support at home and in the community, covering budgeting, shopping, medication support and personal care when needed.

This full-time role is based in our Stoke-on-Trent service, with a 7-day rota, early through to late shifts, and a preference for a full UK driving license and access to a car.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Support four residents to live happy, fulfilling and independent lives.
• Provide practical and emotional support with day-to-day activities, including budgeting, shopping, medication support and personal care when required.
• Support residents both at home and out in the community, helping them build confidence and independence.
