Community Integrated Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist four ladies with daily living and community activities in Chester. The role emphasises compassionate, person-centred care within a supportive team environment.

The position offers part-time hours with guaranteed shifts and a focus on training and progression within a large UK charity. A Full UK Driving Licence is preferred for outings and appointments.

Qualifications

• Willingness to support individuals with varying needs including mobility and daily living tasks.
• Ability to engage in community activities and outings.
• Empathy, patience and respectful communication with service users.

Responsibilities

• Support 4 ladies with daily living activities.
• Assist with personal care and mobility.
• Drive team vehicle for outings and appointments (Full UK license required).
• Prepare meals and drinks accommodating dietary needs.
• Create a clean, safe and welcoming home environment.
