Job summary

Prime Life are seeking passionate care professionals to join our friendly team as Support Workers at The Fieldings Residential Home in Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire. Roles available full or part-time with interviews arranged promptly.

We offer hourly pay £12.96–£13.32, funded DBS, Holiday Pay, and Refer a Friend bonuses up to £250. Training is provided, with opportunities to progress within the Quality Matters team.

Qualifications

• Genuine caring nature and a desire to make a real difference for residents.
• Prior experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is desirable but not essential.
• Candidates should be patient, understanding and respectful of residents’ abilities.

Responsibilities

• Providing respectful and dignified support to residents.
• Encouraging residents to achieve the highest possible quality of life.
• Providing companionship while offering emotional and practical support.
• Assisting residents in daily living decisions and activities.
• Supporting with personal care, recreation and mealtimes.
