Job summary

Prime Life is seeking passionate care professionals to join our team as a Support Worker in Shepshed, Leicestershire. Roles can be full or part time at the Old Station Close residence for residents with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and mental health needs.

We offer hourly rates from £12.96 to £13.32, fully funded DBS, holiday pay, and a Refer a Friend scheme up to £250. Training is provided, with opportunities for progression within the Quality Matters team.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Support Worker is desirable but not essential; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide respectful, dignified support to residents.
• Encourage residents to achieve the best quality of life.
• Offer companionship and emotional/practical support.
• Support residents in daily living decisions and activities.
• Assist with personal care and daily tasks.
• Encourage independence in meal prep and cooking.
