Qualifications

• Personal or work experience of providing care or support for someone.
• Basic digital skills to record notes and use rota or care systems.
• NISCC registration support will be provided by the employer.

Responsibilities

• Form a positive relationship with the person you support while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Help with home, money and medication management as independently as possible.
• Coordinate with GPs, social workers or advocates for needed support.
• Accurate record keeping (incidents, risk assessments, communication logs) using digital systems.
