Achieve together is seeking caring Support Workers to help people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs lead independent, fulfilling lives in their homes and local communities. You will provide day-to-day support, encourage participation in activities, and promote safety, dignity and respect.

Training is provided to develop skills and confidence, with flexible full-time, part-time and odd hours available to fit your lifestyle.
