Radis Community Care in Wymondham is seeking dedicated Support Workers for our Extra Care Scheme at Robert Kett Court. The role includes assisting residents with mobility, meals, social activities and personal care to promote independence.

We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities. The service supports residents in a dementia-friendly environment, with a focus on safety, compassion, and person-centered care across shifting patterns.

Responsabilités

• Assist elderly individuals with physical frailty to maintain independence.
• Provide personal care activities including washing, hygiene and dressing.
• Assist residents with mobility, helping them move safely to dining areas and social spaces.
• Support participation in recreational and social activities, individually or in groups.
