The role involves group and individual activities to promote independence and dignity, with shifts across mornings and late hours, and occasional weekend cover. Full training is provided, with progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly individuals with mobility and personal care to maintain independence.
• Help residents move safely to dining areas and communal spaces and back to their rooms.
• Engage residents in individual and group activities to provide physical and social stimulation.
