Job summary

Dimensions (UK) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Bridgend, Wales, to join a compassionate team. The role is permanent with 37.5 hours per week and an hourly rate of £13.45.

Sleep nights are paid at £50 per night. You will support one male with activities and transport needs, requiring a full UK or EU driving licence. Shifts run 9am–3pm, 3pm–9pm, and 3pm–11pm with a sleep-in and 7am–3pm the following day.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, mental health, learning disabilities, autism or behaviours of distress.
• Must have empathy, resilience and ability to work with complex profiles.
• Driving licence is essential for mobility support tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support one male with disabilities in daily activities.
• Deliver person-centred care in line with individual needs.
• Attend training and engage in safe care practices.
