Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a compassionate Female Support Worker in Isleworth to help adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs live independently. You’ll work both at home and in the community, assisting with daily tasks, personal care and activities, while following PBS plans for best outcomes.

We value a positive, flexible, and calm attitude. Full UK driving licence is essential; previous care experience is beneficial but not required as full training is provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence required.
• Previous care experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Positive, person-centred approach.
• Calm, patient and resilient under pressure.
• Experience supporting people with autism and mental health needs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support.
• Assist with medication support as required.
• Promote independence and life skills.
• Support social activities and community access.
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
• Follow Positive Behaviour Support plans.
• Support individuals with hobbies, holidays and day trips.
