Job summary

National Care Group supports people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and complex support needs in Rochford and surrounding areas. This Support Worker role involves helping individuals live meaningful lives at home and in the community, with duties ranging from daily tasks to personal care and activities, guided by a compassionate and collaborative approach.

You will work under Nexus Support Limited in Rochford, with shifts including early, late, sleep-in and weekends, and you

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with people by listening and planning goals with them.
• Help plan daily tasks and assist with practical activities (cooking, cleaning, errands).
• Assist with personal care, which may include support with eating and medication administration.
• Plan and participate in activities and days out as desired by individuals.
• Help individuals become more independent wherever possible.
