Job summary

Randstad Care AS is seeking compassionate Community Support Workers to join our team across Falkirk and Livingston. Roles include supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism, with a focus on community activities, social inclusion, and maintaining professional boundaries.

We offer flexible schedules (FT, PT, days, nights, and sleepovers) to suit diverse needs, with ongoing training and support. Immediate starts available across two supported living services.

Qualifications

• Previous care/support work experience with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
• Moving & Handling and Medication Administration training.
• Experience or training in Epilepsy management and Emergency/Rescue Medication (highly desirable).

Responsibilities

• Falkirk: Supporting adults with severe learning disabilities, autism, non-verbal communication, epilepsy, and complex care needs. Engaging residents in community outings and maintaining professional boundaries.
• Livingston: Supporting five men with mild learning disabilities and autism, focusing on social inclusion and accompanying residents to local venues and activities.
