Job summary

Cornerstone Community Care in Kilmarnock is seeking a female Support Practitioner to provide 1:1 practical and emotional support to a young lady who enjoys staying active and going out. The role is 30 hours per week, with shifts across days including weekends.

You will help her build confidence, plan activities, and support independence. A full UK manual driving licence and at least 1 year’s driving experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a full UK manual driving licence and at least 1 year’s driving experience.
• No experience? No problem – training, pay and support are provided.
• You will be joining a female role as an Occupational Requirement under Equality Act 2010.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 practical and emotional support to a young lady who loves staying active and going out.
• Assist with planning activities, social events and daily living tasks to promote independence.
