Job summary

The Supply Register, in partnership with Prospere Trust, is recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants for The Grange SEN School, Manchester. Start ASAP or from October half term, supporting pupils with diverse additional needs in a vibrant school environment.

You will work with teachers to provide tailored support, helping pupils engage with learning, build independence and develop social and communication skills across the school day.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with SEN is desirable
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a nurturing approach
• Willingness to work as part of a wider school team

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored support in the classroom and across the school day
• Deliver individual and small-group assistance to pupils
• Support pupil learning, independence and social skills, and contribute to positive behaviour
