Job summary

You will work on-site, with part-time hours, and ensure safety; DBS disclosure is required. Prior SEN experience and a patient, open-minded approach are essential to help the individual engage with new environments and community activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEN or learning disabilities is preferred.
• Candidates should be patient, kind and open-minded.
• Ability to support personal care and daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Support and prompt with personal care (toileting, showering, dressing).
• Encourage socialisation and participation in activities.
• Develop a trusting one-to-one relationship and ensure safety at all times.
