Job summary

Bridge Oak Care Homes in Crewe is seeking a registered nurse to join Hollymere House. You will work 33 hours per week, including alternate weekends, providing compassionate, person-centred care and maintaining high professional standards.

You will lead and support care staff, maintain accurate care plans, administer medicines, and collaborate with health professionals to ensure residents live with dignity and comfort. A current NMC pin and a commitment to quality nursing are essential.

Qualifications

• Active NMC registration
• Experience in elderly or care-home settings preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Sound clinical judgement

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of nursing care in line with care plans
• Lead and support junior care and ancillary staff
• Report ill health and liaise with GPs/health professionals
• Maintain individualised care plans and records
• Administer prescribed medications and perform routine nursing procedures
• Ensure handovers are accurate and timely
• Maintain confidentiality and abide by NMC guidelines
