Job summary

Priory Hillside requires a dedicated Support Worker (female) to join our residential service near Burnley. The role involves assisting residents aged 17+ on the autistic spectrum or with learning disabilities, providing personal care, and supporting daily living tasks on a 42-hour, four-week rolling rota.

Qualifications

• UK driving licence for minimum 3 years
• Experience within a similar environment
• Good communication skills to support residents

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities to meet their needs
• Update person-centred support plans and care charts daily; document notes accurately
• Maintain a professional, supportive relationship with residents, families and staff
• Provide guidance and support to less experienced colleagues carrying out similar duties
