Priory Hillside is recruiting a female Support Worker to join our Hillside residential service near Burnley. The role is full time, permanent, and involves 42 hours across shifts on a 4‑week rolling rota. Due to residents' needs, only female applicants will be considered.

Hillside has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team. Due to the needs of our residents, we can only consider female applicants for this role.
Priory Hillside is a residential service, located just outside of Burnley. We provide support to three individuals, aged 17 years and above, who are on the autistic spectrum or who have a learning disability. We also cater for those who may have a mental health diagnosis, including a personality disorder.

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. You will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents
