Job summary

Avery Healthcare Group's Fleet Hall Care Home is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Member to support residents with meals in the dining areas, help with menu choices, and maintain front-of-house presentation. You will stock fresh cakes, biscuits, finger food and fruit, and ensure dietary needs are observed.

You will also replenish items and keep the bistro area tidy, benefiting from DBS checks and right-to-work verification as required.

Qualifications

• High standards of personal hygiene required.
• Compassion and commitment to delivering culinary services to residents.

Responsibilities

• Support the dining service and help residents with their meals.
• Help residents choose their meal options at mealtimes.
• Set dining tables to standard operating procedures.
• Keep the front of house clean, tidy and well presented.
• Remove dirty crockery and replenish it throughout the day.
• Keep fresh homemade cakes and biscuits, finger food and fresh fruit available and replenished in the bistro areas.
• Be aware of residents' dietary requirements.
