Aufgaben

• Provide high standards of care per care plans and handover.
• Support junior staff to contribute to efficient home operations.
• Report ill health and request GP/professional visits when needed.
• Maintain and review Client Care Plans with residents, relatives and health professionals.
• Assess care needs and provide health supervision and direct nursing care.
• Liaise with health and social care professionals for holistic care.
