Job summary

Morgan Hunt is seeking a Recovery Worker for a drug and alcohol service in Liverpool. You will manage a caseload, provide 1:1 recovery support, and develop personalised recovery plans with individuals aiming to overcome substance misuse.

You will work with healthcare, housing and other services to secure positive outcomes, complete assessments, maintain records and monitor progress, applying harm reduction and relapse prevention strategies in a supportive, non-judgemental way.

Qualifications

• Experience in drug and alcohol recovery essential.
• Strong knowledge of substance misuse, harm reduction and recovery pathways.
• Confident in managing caseloads and delivering recovery-focused interventions.

Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of individuals accessing drug and alcohol services.
• Delivering 1:1 recovery support, harm reduction and relapse prevention interventions.
• Developing personalised recovery plans and supporting individuals towards their goals.
