Job summary

Anderson Wright Consulting Ltd is recruiting a Female Private Carer / Personal Assistant for Bangor, Gwynedd. The role involves one-to-one care for a wheelchair-using client at home, helping with personal care, meals and household tasks, and driving an adapted vehicle. Flexible hours include full-time (36 hours) or part-time (16–24 hours) with weekend and overnight rotas.

Full training provided. We welcome compassionate, reliable applicants, with a clean UK driving licence and access to a car.

Qualifications

Previous care experience is desirable but not essential; full training provided.
Must be able to drive the client's adapted vehicle.
Comfortable providing personal and intimate care.

Responsibilities

Assist with personal care including washing, bathing, dressing and continence care.
Prepare meals and assist at mealtimes.
Support with general household duties and a comfortable home environment.
Provide practical assistance with everyday activities and independent living.
Drive client's adapted vehicle as required.
Work with small care team and follow rota including some weekends and overnights.
