Qualifications

• Experience providing care or support to children.
• Ability to work with neurodiverse children (ASD, PDA) and health needs.

Responsibilities

• Support child to access social, leisure, and community activities.
• Build trust through play and shared interests.
• Encourage confidence, independence, and self-esteem.
• Support participation in activities while ensuring safety and wellbeing.
• Follow plans for asthma, allergies, and health needs.
• Assist with personal care and toileting as needed.
• Administer prescribed medication following parental guidance.
