Private individual employer in the UK seeks a calm, patient Personal Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a young adult with severe learning disabilities. The role is primarily at home with community activities across London and beyond, requiring engagement, safety monitoring and a respectful, supportive environment.

Responsabilidades

• Providing meals with physical assistance and close supervision.
• Wheelchair support when out in the community.
• Assisting with personal care and hygiene.
• Offering reassurance during anxiety or distress.
• Encouraging activities and monitoring safety at home and in the community.
• Supporting a positive and respectful environment both at home and in the community.
• Work 3/4 days per week, including some weekends, averaging 8 hours per day.
