Job summary

Pulse Nursing at Home is seeking a Female Healthcare Assistant Support Worker to support a paediatric client in Farnborough. You will provide personal care, assist with daily activities, and work on a rota including evenings and weekends.

Training is provided, and you will join a team focused on person-centred care. You must have 6 months care experience (UK based) and the right to work in the UK; a DBS check will be completed.

Qualifications

• 6 months care experience within the last 2 years (UK based).
• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical and emotional support to service users.
• Administer medications and complete manual handling.
• Work with clinical interventions (training provided).
• Assist with daily living activities including personal care.
• Promote independence, dignity, choice and inclusion.
• Build positive relationships with service users, families and colleagues.
