Job summary

Pulse Nursing at Home is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist a paediatric client in Guildford and in the client’s school. You will provide personal care, support daily living activities, and work closely with families and health professionals to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

The role involves shifts on several days with flexible hours, and full training will be provided. A DBS check is recommended; right to work in the UK is required.

Qualifications

• 6 months care experience within the last 2 years (UK based).
• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs including brain injuries, spinal injuries, physical disabilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support and personal care to the client.
• Administer medications as directed and monitor health needs.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to deliver person-centered care.
• Maintain dignity, independence and safety of the client.
