Job summary

Prometheus Safe and Secure is a specialist provider of secure patient transport and enhanced observation services for people with mental health needs. Operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week across the UK, we work in partnership with the NHS and private healthcare providers to deliver safe, dignified and compassionate support when it is needed most.

Qualifications

• Support qualified nurses in delivering safe, effective patient transfers.
• Provide compassionate, person-centred care, ensuring patients feel comfortable, respected and supported.

Responsibilities

• Respond calmly to challenging situations and emergencies.
• Follow safeguarding policies to protect vulnerable adults and children.
• Drive company ambulances when required and perform pre-journey checks.
• Complete accurate patient documentation and handovers.
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism and accountability on every shift.
