Job summary

Warrington Disability Partnership is seeking a caring Female Personal Assistant to support a delightful 6-year-old girl with diverse needs. The role is home-based and community-facing, offering gentle guidance to help her participate in daily activities with confidence and safety.

The successful candidate will provide one-to-one support, engage in play and outings, and help build communication, independence and social skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Caring, patient and reliable Personal Assistant for a child with disability.
• Hours: 3 hours per week, Sundays preferred.
• Female applicants only under Equality Act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support at home and in the local community.
• Support access to enjoyable activities and build confidence.
• Assist with walks, outings and visits to parks.
• Encourage communication, independence and resilience.
• Offer calm, attentive supervision at all times.
• Support with toileting and personal care.
• Assist with feeding and mealtime activities.
• Promote safety, wellbeing and enjoyment for the child.
