Qualifications

• Experience in clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete nursing notes accurately.
• Assist in safe ordering, custody, storing and administration of all medications.
• Ensure Care Plans and records are evaluated and up to date.
• Visit clients daily to assess needs and improve care.
• Comply with NMCCode of conduct at all times.
• Respect residents' dignity and independence.
• Lead daily handover with care staff and nurses.
• Attend daily meetings and share information.
