Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Night Manager to lead care within our dementia, nursing, residential and specialist homes. You will champion resident dignity, supervise shifts, and step in for Home Manager and Deputy when needed.

You will bring proven leadership in a care home for vulnerable adults, a calm, positive energy, and the ability to manage staff while safeguarding residents. You will collaborate with teams to maintain high standards of care and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills in a care home for vulnerable adults.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents and staff.
• Willingness to take accountability and act with kindness.
• Safeguarding training and awareness.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a specific part of the home and assist when the Home Manager is absent.
• Lead shift operations and ensure the highest standard of care.
• Support with monitoring, administering tasks and routine duties as required.
• Always uphold resident dignity and wellbeing within all care interactions.
