Job summary

HC-One is seeking a Deputy Home Manager to ensure care meets high standards and regulatory requirements. You will cover resident care in the Home Manager’s absence, and mentor colleagues to deliver empathetic, person-centred services across Dementia, Residential, and Specialist care homes.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of National Standards and person-led care planning.
• Ability to mentor and coach colleagues and manage time effectively.
• Strong record-keeping and compassionate communication with residents and staff.

• Supervise and coach colleagues to deliver empathetic, person-centred care.
