Nottinghamshire Hospice is seeking a Paramedic to join a multidisciplinary team, providing mobile visits, comprehensive patient assessments and person-centred care plans across the shift. You will work in pairs to respond to referrals and deliver timely, compassionate care at patients’ homes.

The role involves travel within Nottinghamshire’s referral area, clinical care delivery, and support for patients and families during changing needs, on a 7 day roster.

• Deliver clinical care and support patients and families during changing needs.
• Travel within the Nottinghamshire Hospice referral area to deliver service in patients' homes.
