Job summary

Beaumond House Hospice Care in North Nottinghamshire seeks compassionate carers to provide high-quality care at patients\' homes and in the hospice setting. You will work as part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team and travel as needed to meet organisational needs.

You will deliver personal care under RN supervision, support families, and communicate sensitively while maintaining dignity and privacy. Training and collaboration are essential to ensure outstanding end-of-life care.

Qualifications

• Provide personal care in line with the patient’s care plan under RN supervision.
• Support patients and families with dignity and privacy.
• Communicate sensitively with patients and families.
• Maintain safe custody and accurate recording of patient property.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care in line with the care plan under RN supervision.
• Deliver delegated care visits after competency sign-off.
• Support patients with medications after medicines training, within competence and RN direction.
• Prepare and serve simple meals, snacks and drinks per food hygiene policy.
