Job summary

Lifeways is seeking compassionate Recovery Support Workers for our Enhanced Community Recovery service in Bentley, Doncaster. You will work closely with clients to promote independence and support their recovery journey, delivering person-centred care in a community setting.

We are looking for people who can show empathy, strong communication, and a commitment to empowering individuals with enduring mental health needs. This full-time role requires flexibility across shifts to meet rotas.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with mental health needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Confident using IT systems (Word, databases, email).
• NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to promote independence.
• Build confidence and support ongoing recovery journey.
• Deliver person-centred support within the Enhanced Community Recovery service in Bentley, Doncaster.
