Medicare People is seeking a Live-in Carer (Self Employed) in Eastbourne to deliver compassionate care in clients’ homes. You’ll provide person-centred support, build relationships with clients and families, assist with daily living tasks, and ensure safety and independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support in clients’ homes.
• Build positive relationships with clients and families.
• Assist with personal care and everyday living tasks.
• Support mobility and moving and handling requirements.
• Prepare meals, snacks and drinks.
• Ensure medication is administered correctly.
• Help with household chores and laundry.
• Support clients with errands and appointments.
• Monitor physical and emotional wellbeing.
• Work closely with healthcare professionals and the care team.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Help clients remain comfortable, independent and safe at home.
