Job summary

Medicare People Limited in Weybridge is seeking a dedicated Live-in Carer to provide one-to-one care in clients' own homes. You will assist with daily living tasks, offer companionship, and help maintain independence with flexibility for placements across Weybridge.

The role emphasizes person-centred care, safe medication administration, and building trusting relationships with clients and families. Training and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with everyday living tasks in their own homes.
• Provide person-centred care within clients' homes.
• Assist with personal care and grooming as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional reassurance.
• Help with mobility and daily activities.
• Prepare meals and drinks for clients.
• Administer medication safely and correctly.
• Carry out light housekeeping and laundry duties.
• Support with shopping and other essential errands.
• Monitor clients' wellbeing and report concerns; keep care notes up to date.
• Help clients live comfortably, safely and independently at home.
