Job summary

We Change Lives is seeking a Learning Disability Support Worker for our residential home in Latchford, Warrington. This permanent, full-time role involves supporting up to six people with learning and physical disabilities, including PMLD.

You’ll join a warm, welcoming team delivering person-centred support, with full training provided. UK driving licence is helpful as driving is part of the role, and a rolling rota ensures a varied schedule with paid enhancements for nights and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is welcome, but full training and qualifications are provided.
