Qualifications

• Hold Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and high personal hygiene standards.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety, Moving and Handling, Fire Safety and COSHH.
• Efficient, able to handle a demanding workload with flexible teamwork.
• Caring and understanding attitude towards residents.

Responsibilities

• Support the catering function in food preparation and maintain kitchen hygiene.
• Contribute to team working and respond to reasonable work instructions promptly.
• Advise on supplies and ensure timely ordering of replacement goods.
• Respect residents and visitors, upholding dignity and individuality.
