Job summary

Porthaven Care Homes is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join our team in Newbury. You will support the kitchen team to deliver nourishing meals and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Full training will be provided; previous kitchen or care experience is advantageous. You must be able to work as part of a team and be authorized to work in the United Kingdom, with DBS check required.

Qualifications

• Formal qualifications are not necessary; full training will be provided.
• Any similar experience in a commercial kitchen or care setting would be highly advantageous.
• The successful candidate must be authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
• A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check is required.
