Responsibilities

• Acting as the link between the main kitchen and residents.
• Assist chefs to plate meals and prepare food trolleys, keep prep areas clean.
• Monitor stock rotation and follow COSHH/HACCP guidelines.
• Assist with catering for events like summer BBQs and Christmas parties.
