Qualifications

• Registered nurse with a valid nursing qualification, 2+ years post-qualification experience and current NMC registration (first validation).
• Passion for palliative, hospice, or specialist ward care.
• Strong communication skills with a calm, empathetic approach to complex care situations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored care plans, administer medication and manage symptoms for comfort.
• Work with a multidisciplinary team and manage admissions and discharges.
• Provide emotional support for patients and families.
