Job summary

• Experience with PEG feeding, stoma care, and use of moving & handling equipment.
• Medication management and epilepsy management experience.
• Ability to provide personal care with dignity and respect.
• Strong communication, professionalism and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Undertake practical tasks such as cooking, washing up, laundry and related activities.
• Assist service users with domestic and personal care.
• Identify individual needs and provide appropriate support.
• Maintain health care and personal hygiene standards.
• Report incidents and keep records as per policies.
