Creative Support is seeking dedicated Support Workers in Fleetwood, Lancashire to provide personalized, recovery-focused support in our housing services. • Supporting residents to improve mental health and emotional wellbeing.
• Helping residents sustain tenancies and reduce homelessness risk.

• Signposting residents to other services to meet needs.
• Collaborating with colleagues and partner agencies to deliver coordinated support.
