One YMCA Group is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across our supported housing sites. You will work with residents and staff to promote independence and wellbeing, adhering to COSHH and health and safety policies.

This full-time role requires 37.5 hours per week with flexibility across Monday to Sunday shifts, and a valid UK driving licence for site travel.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in housing, social care, or homelessness services.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passionate about supporting vulnerable people.

Responsabilités

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across communal areas and accommodation.
• Follow COSHH regulations and use cleaning equipment safely.
• Support residents and liaise with the Supported Housing Team.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions.
