Job summary

HC-One is seeking a warm and reliable Housekeeping Assistant to keep our homes clean, safe and welcoming. You’ll work across bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas, following schedules and using products safely, with full training provided.

You’ll bring organisation, good time management and attention to detail, plus a kind, respectful manner with Residents and colleagues. DBS/PVG training, safeguarding, and the chance to grow with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Some housekeeping experience is helpful; full training is provided.
• Be organised, manage time well and pay attention to detail.
• Must complete safeguarding training and report concerns.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas
• Following cleaning schedules and tasks set by the team lead
• Using products safely and following hygiene procedures
• Supporting infection control and safety standards
• Helping with laundry and linen care
• Reporting any issues or repairs as needed
