Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Health and Safety including Moving and Handling, Fire Safety and COSHH assessments.
• Experience of cleaning laundry in a public setting.
• Demonstrate compassion and commitment to high‑quality housekeeping/laundry service to residents.
• Ability to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out all cleaning duties in accordance with worksheet instructions.
• Understanding cleaning requirements of different surfaces and coverings and ensuring areas are well presented.
• Ensuring residents are treated with dignity and respect and their personal space is protected.
