Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Housekeeping Assistant for Camberley Heights Care Home in Camberley, Surrey. You will work as part of a team to maintain cleanliness and laundry standards, following our SOPs to deliver hotel-style service to residents.

The role requires knowledge of health and safety, moving and handling, fire safety and COSHH. You will need experience cleaning laundry in a public setting, and the ability to be flexible to cover a range of duties with care

Qualificações

Knowledge of Health and Safety, particularly Moving and Handling techniques, Fire Safety and COSHH assessments.
Experience of cleaning laundry in a public setting.
Demonstrate compassion and commitment to the delivery of high-quality housekeeping/laundry service to residents.
Ability to be adaptive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities at short notice.

Responsabilidades

Carrying out all cleaning duties in accordance with worksheet instructions.
Understanding the cleaning requirements of different surfaces and coverings and maintaining areas in good condition.
Ensuring residents are treated with dignity and respect and their personal space is respected.
