Job summary

Qualifications

• NVQ2 Customer Service or equivalent
• Safe use of cleaning products and equipment
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment (e.g., carpet cleaners)
• Understanding of data protection and safeguarding of vulnerable adults
• Health & safety in the workplace including COSHH

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, pleasant and safe environment for customers in homes or communal areas
