Retirement Villages Group in Rugby is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain high standards of cleanliness across Lime Tree Village and residents' homes. This full-time role is 37.5 hours per week, with shifts between 8am and 4pm, delivering warm, reliable service to our residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, preferably in residential or hospitality.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and compassionate demeanor.
• Sensitivity to the needs of older adults.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and training.

Responsibilities

• Clean residents' apartments and communal areas daily.
• Launder residents' linens and clothing with care.
• Keep lounges, dining areas and hallways tidy and presentable.
• Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed.
